CHALLENGE: Recruiting Agents
SOLUTION: Brokers are always searching for good, quality agents who are focused on production and are motivated to work hard. However, good recruiting intentions often give way to the demands of running the business and dealing with the crises that arise. Typically, the Broker/Owner is the ONLY one actively seeking new agents to join the company, so if he or she doesn’t do the recruiting it doesn’t get done, and the company doesn’t grow.
The Nextage business model not only provides agents with a direct incentive to recruit other agents, it creates a team atmosphere that actually reduces the competitive forces within the company. When there is a mutually beneficial objective, everyone works together with a common focus. We also host webinars and other in-person or recorded training sessions that focus on industry updates, trends or any important topics that warrant discussion or clarification.

SOLUTION: If agents have spent their time and energy building their business, building their team and earning sales bonuses by working smarter, not harder, they’d think long and hard before changing companies, or even leaving the business for another career. It’s difficult to leave when you’re earning income for work already done.
Here’s another reason: Income earned in retirement. What happens when you retire from the real estate industry? When your production stops, your income stops. With the Nextage compensation plan, that’s not the case. Agents still receive sales bonuses on their team’s production through their retirement years.
